Skill Set

Experienced in Conceptual work such as producing bubble diagrams, spatial models, diagrammatic layouts, room data sheets and working to client specifications and user requirements.
A good working knowledge of the building regulations and local authority planning conditions.
Experienced at chairing meetings and producing descriptive project notes and minutes.
Good awareness of material and labour costs during design, capable of providing value engineering options.
A good working knowledge of offshore regulations and standards such as Norsok, Solas PSA and American Petroleum Institute.
A good working knowledge and understanding of Factory Mutual compliance, Passive Fire Protection, GMP and Pharmaceutical clean room classifications.

Active participant in client, constructability, 3D model and Inter discipline reviews.
Capable of producing Design Briefs, Reports, Risk Assessments and specifications.
Good awareness of HSE, safe operating procedures, human factors and ergonomics.
